Our fouta is traditionally woven and gains flexibility with each wash. The fouta is an integral part of Tunisian culture and is used by both women and men, especially in hammams. The houses of the southern Mediterranean are filled with foutas! The fouta can easily be transformed into a shawl, sarong, beach and bath towel, blanket, tablecloth, and even a bedspread.
